Execution of cross-border transport services in Austria now simplified
The new »overall posting« enables Slovenian employers to make a single application of cross-border services of its employees for a period of 6 months, notwithstanding the actual duration of an individual posting. By submitting a single application multiple employees could be posted to Austria. During posting, the individual will have to keep the application document with an A1 form, employment contract (employment sheet) and timesheet for the last 28 days in the vehicle. Payment slips, payment proves i.e. bank statements, documents on suitable tariff grade, timesheets, shall be provided to the competent body only upon request within 14 days and thus do not need to be kept in the car during posting. These documents must be in the German language and must cover the period of current and previous month of such posting.
