Commercial Law

Commercial law is a conglomerate of various legal areas and, inter alia, (besides e.g. corporate law) also includes contract law and mandatory regulations that impact the operations of businesses.

We assist clients in entering new markets, negotiating and managing contracts, and resolving all types of issues and disputes related to their business activities.

We serve as “general counsel” for many domestic and foreign companies, and we provide guidance throughout all phases of business, from negotiations to deal closures, and help protect against risks in contracts. By identifying risks early, we help clients avoid disputes or damages.

The most common types of contracts we prepare include contracts for the purchase of goods and services, service contracts, collaboration agreements, distribution contracts, transportation, and construction contracts.
